Objects found on board or on the premises open to the public pertaining to ASF are handled according to an internal procedure falling under the Quality Management System.
The found object is registered and remains available for 15 days after it is found at the depot to which the bus belongs. After that time, they are transferred to the office at Via Asiago, 16/18 in Como. Where they are stored for 3 months, after which, if possible, they are donated to charity or otherwise disposed. Perishable goods are held for up to 24 hours.
